This page covers gapfai.com, the website. It does not cover the GapfAI product, which is not generally available and is governed separately by the agreement we sign with a customer.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics. It is cookieless and collects no personal data: no cookies, no device fingerprint, no cross-site tracking, and no data that identifies you. We see aggregate counts of page views, referrers, and countries. That is why this site has no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.

The contact form

If you send us your details through the form or by email, we receive your name, work email, company, role, and message. We use them for one thing: to reply to you and to talk about whether GapfAI is useful for your company.

• We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers.
• We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
• Submissions are delivered to our own inbox and internal Slack. Those run on Resend and Slack respectively, who process the message on our behalf.

Ask us to delete what you sent and we will, and we will confirm when it is done. Write to hello@gapfai.com.

What we do not do

• No advertising or retargeting pixels.
• No chat widget, no session recording, no heatmaps.
• No third-party scripts other than Plausible.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs, including IP addresses, to serve pages and to protect the service from abuse.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EU you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to our processing it. Email hello@gapfai.com and a person will answer.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will say what changed.
