These terms cover your use of gapfai.com. They do not cover the GapfAI product. If your company becomes a customer, a separate written agreement governs that, and it takes precedence over anything here.

Using this site

You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and contact us through it. You may not use it to break the law, to attack the service or the people who use it, or to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else.

What is on the page

This site describes a product under development. Descriptions of what GapfAI does reflect what we are building and are not a commitment to ship any specific capability on any specific date.

Third-party statistics on this site are attributed to their sources and linked. Read them at the source before relying on them. Where we do not have our own data, we say so on the page rather than borrowing a number that measures something else.

Ownership

The text, design, and the GapfAI name and mark on this site are ours. Other companies’ names and logos shown on this site belong to those companies and are used only to describe where work happens. Their appearance here is not a claim of partnership, endorsement, or integration.

No warranty, and limits

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
